I have a Samsung / Xiaomi / Huawei. Will it work?
Yes. The magnetic ring is in the box — stick it once on the back of your phone or your case and the power bank snaps straight on and holds. If your phone supports wireless charging it charges wirelessly from that moment on; if it doesn't, the 20W USB-C port gets you there faster than wireless would anyway. Either way you're covered from day one, nothing extra to buy.
Which size should I get?
If you just want a top-up in your bag, 5,000mAh is enough for roughly one full charge. Most people are happiest with 10,000mAh — about two charges, still pocketable. Choose 20,000mAh if you want to get through a long power cut, share it with family, or travel with it: that's around four full charges.
Where exactly do I stick the ring?
Centred on the back of your phone, or on the back of your case if you use one — putting it on the case is what most people do, so the phone itself stays untouched. Clean the surface first, press it down firmly, and leave it a few minutes before the first use.
Will it stick through my phone case?
Yes, through most slim cases. With a thick case, wallet case, or anything with a metal plate, stick the ring on the outside of the case instead — that gives you the full magnetic hold no matter how thick the case is.
Can I use my phone while it's charging?
